Who this is for: Anyone setting up AnswerPath for the first time.
Time: About 5 minutes.
Creates your personal account, your organization (if you're the first one from your company), and starts your free trial. No credit card is required.
Open the invitation email.
Click the invitation link. It will open AnswerPath in your browser.
Follow the prompts to set your password and display name.
You'll be taken straight into your organization. Skip to A tour of AnswerPath.
Go to the AnswerPath sign-up page.
On the Create account card, fill in:
Display Name — how your name will appear to teammates.
Organization Name — your company or team name. AnswerPath will tell you if the name is already taken.
Email — use your work email.
Password — choose a strong password.
Click Create account.
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside.
Sign back in with your email and password.
After signing in for the first time, you'll land on the Choose Your Plan screen. Both plans start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
Solo — for individuals. Includes 5 documents and 100 questions per month.
Professional — for small teams. Includes 100 documents, 1,000 questions per month, and up to 5 users.
Click the plan you want, then click Start Free Trial. You'll be taken to your dashboard.
Use your work email. Later, your organization owner can set up auto-approve by domain so anyone with a matching email (e.g. @yourcompany.com) can join your org without waiting.
Joining an existing team? Ask a teammate with the Owner or Admin role to invite you. That's faster than signing up on your own, and you'll land in the right org automatically.
Stuck on "Awaiting Approval"? That means an administrator at your company needs to approve your request. They'll get an email. See Approve pending members.
Forgot your password later? On the sign-in screen, click Forgot your password? and follow the email link.
