Who this is for: Anyone starting a new RFI, customer engagement, or collection of Q&A work. Time: Under a minute.
Creates a new, empty project you can save Q&A pairs into.
In the sidebar, click Projects.
Click New Project (top right).
Fill in the Create New Project dialog:
Project Name (required) — e.g. "Acme RFI — Q2 2026".
Company Domain (Optional) — e.g. acme.com. Used to display the company's logo on the project card. You can paste a full URL; AnswerPath will pick out just the domain.
Description (Optional) — a short sentence about what this project is for.
Click Create Project.
You'll be taken back to the Projects list, where your new project appears as a card.
The project starts empty. To add Q&A pairs to it:
Go to Ask a Question.
Ask a question and review the draft.
Click Save to Project and pick the project you just created.
Repeat for each question you want in the project.
For anything beyond saving individual answers, see Manage questions in a project.
You're the owner. Whoever creates the project is its owner and is the only person who can rename or delete it later. Teammates can still save answers into it and view it.
Pick the domain field when you can. Logos make the Projects list scannable at a glance when you have many customers.
Don't sweat the name. You can rename the project later from Project Settings. But descriptive names are easier to find — try to include the customer and the time period.
