Who this is for: Anyone working through a QuickTurn questionnaire after answers have started generating.
Time: Depends on the size of the questionnaire.
Lets you see, filter, edit, and approve the answers AnswerPath drafted — question by question.
Open the questionnaire from QuickTurn. The page header shows the file name, the Customer and Project you entered, and a progress counter like "47/120 Complete (39%)".
Click Generate Answers to start generating drafts. The same button becomes Stop while it's running, and Retry if something errored.
AnswerPath works through the questions in batches. You can keep scrolling and filtering while it runs — status updates live.
Each row shows:
A checkbox (for bulk approve)
# — the question's position in the file
Question
Answer — the draft, with a "X% confidence" badge
Status — see below
Actions — per-row menu
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Processing | AnswerPath is drafting this one right now. |
Pending | Not drafted yet (may show "In queue" or "No answer yet"). |
Answered | AnswerPath drafted an answer and is confident. |
Needs Review | AnswerPath drafted an answer but isn't fully confident. This is where to spend your time. |
Assigned | You've handed this question to a teammate via Ask a colleague. |
Failed | AnswerPath couldn't produce an answer ("No answer found"). |
Above the list, filter buttons let you narrow by status: All, Answered, Needs Review, Pending, Failed, Assigned. Each shows a count.
A good triage pass: start with Needs Review, then Failed, then spot-check Answered.
On any row, open the per-question actions menu and pick one of:
Answer (shown when the row has no answer yet) — write your own from scratch.
Edit (shown when there's a draft) — adjust the text AnswerPath wrote.
Ask — hand off to a teammate; see Ask a colleague.
Save your edits and the row updates.
Use the checkboxes to select multiple rows, then click Approve Selected. Use this once you've read a batch of Answered rows and are happy with them.
Click Load More Questions (X remaining) to see more of the list if it's paginated.
If you see "Questions failed to load / Expected X questions but only Y were found. This questionnaire may need to be re-uploaded.", delete and re-upload the questionnaire.
Trust the confidence score, but verify. Low-confidence drafts (Needs Review) usually deserve a human rewrite. High-confidence drafts (Answered) are still worth a quick skim — the score tells you how sure AnswerPath is, not how right it actually is.
Batch the fixes. Filtering to Needs Review lets you work through the weak drafts together. Jumping around the list makes you re-read everything twice.
Fix the knowledge, not just the answer. If the draft is wrong because your Context Hub has a stale document, update the document. The next questionnaire will benefit. See Tips for better answers.
