Who this is for: Owners and admins adding other people to your organization.
Time: 1–3 minutes.
Sends invitation emails so teammates can join your AnswerPath organization. You can invite one person at a time, or paste a list and invite them all at once.
Only owners and admins can invite. Members can't. If you don't see the invite section below, ask an owner or admin at your company.
In the sidebar footer, click Settings.
Go to the Organization settings page.
Find the Invite Team Members section (shown as a card titled "Send Invitations" — "Invite users to join your organization").
Click the Single Invite tab.
Fill in:
Email Address — e.g. [email protected].
Role — Member (most people) or Admin (can also manage team and settings; see Roles and permissions).
Click Send Invitation.
You'll see "Invitation sent! Invite sent to [email]". The recipient gets an email with a link to join.
Click the Bulk Invite tab.
In Email Addresses, paste the addresses "separated by commas or new lines".
Pick a Role — this role is applied to everyone in the batch. (If you need different roles for different people, invite them in separate batches.)
Click Send Bulk Invitations.
You'll see a summary toast like "Bulk invite completed / 12 invitations sent, 1 failed." If any failed, check the email addresses and retry them individually.
Further down on the Organization page is the Invitations card ("View and manage pending and accepted invitations"). It shows a table with:
Role — Member or Admin.
Status — pending, accepted (with the date), expired, or revoked.
Actions — for pending invites, owners and admins see a Revoke button.
Click Revoke on the row. You'll see a browser confirmation ("Revoke this invitation?"). Confirm, and the invite is cancelled. The button shows Revoking… briefly, then a toast confirms.
There's no resend button. If an invite has expired or was revoked, send a fresh one via Single Invite with the same email.
They get an email with an invitation link.
Clicking the link takes them to AnswerPath. If they're not signed in, they'll be asked to sign up or sign in first.
They land on an Accept Invitation page. After a moment they see "Invitation accepted! You have joined the organization." and a Go to Dashboard button (which redirects automatically after a couple of seconds).
Invite with Member as default. It's easy to promote someone later. It's harder to explain why you accidentally gave someone Admin.
Use Bulk Invite for new hires. One batch per cohort keeps your audit trail clean.
If you have a lot of teammates from the same email domain, consider Auto-Approve Domains instead — see Auto-approve by domain. It removes the need to send individual invites for anyone at that company.
Double-check the email. An invite sent to a typo is still a valid invite — if the typo address exists, you've just invited a stranger. Revoke and re-send if you notice.
