Who this is for: Anyone keeping the Context Hub tidy or curious about what's in it. Time: 2 minutes.
Lets you browse, filter, and review everything in your Context Hub, and open any item to see its details.
In the sidebar, click Context Hub.
Click the Manage tab.
You'll see a table with one row per item and these columns:
Title — the file name or page title.
Type — PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or Website.
Status — Completed, Processing, or Failed.
Chunks — how many pieces the document was split into for searching. You can ignore this unless you're curious; larger documents have more chunks.
Size — file size.
Created — when it was added.
Use the Search documents… box to search by title.
Use the Filter by status dropdown to narrow by All Status, Completed, Processing, or Failed.
If your search or filter returns nothing, you'll see "No documents match your filters." Clear the search and filter to see everything again.
Click any row in the list to open that document's detail page. From there you can review what AnswerPath extracted and take further actions on that specific item.
Check for stuck items. Sort or filter by Status = Processing. If something has been stuck for a long time, it usually means the file itself had an issue — delete and re-upload.
Clean up Failed items. Failed documents aren't used in drafts, but they clutter the list. Remove them.
Review quarterly. Add a recurring reminder to skim your Context Hub every quarter and prune anything stale — see Tips for better answers.
