Plans and pricing

Who this is for: Anyone deciding which AnswerPath plan to choose, or comparing what's included.

Time: 2 minutes.

What it does

Explains the two plans AnswerPath offers to new organizations and what's included in each.

The two plans

Both plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

Solo

For an individual user.

  • 5 documents in your Context Hub

  • 100 questions per month

  • Basic support

  • Single user

Good fit if you're evaluating AnswerPath alone or have a very small use case.

Professional

For small teams.

  • 100 documents in your Context Hub

  • 1,000 questions per month

  • Priority support

  • Up to 5 users

  • Advanced analytics

Good fit for most teams responding to RFIs, questionnaires, and security reviews.

What counts as a "question"

A question is counted each time AnswerPath drafts an answer for you — whether through Ask a Question or as one of the many drafts generated by QuickTurn. Browsing and searching the Answer Bank don't count.

If you're running a questionnaire with 120 rows through QuickTurn, expect that to consume roughly 120 questions of your monthly quota.

What happens when you hit a limit

See Usage limits for the full detail. In short:

  • Near-limit warnings appear in your billing page.

  • Once you cross a limit, AnswerPath blocks further drafts until the quota resets (monthly) or you upgrade.

  • The documents limit is a hard cap; you'll need to remove old documents or upgrade before you can add more.

Which plan should I pick?

Situation

Plan

Solo evaluator, just looking around

Solo trial

Sales engineer + 1–2 teammates handling RFIs

Professional trial

Full RFI response team, customer-facing

Professional

Large organization with custom requirements

Contact support — see Contact support

When in doubt, start on the Professional trial. No credit card is required, so it costs nothing to try, and switching down later is straightforward.

Tips

  • Start free, upgrade later. Both plans trial for 14 days. There's no penalty for starting on one and moving to the other.

  • Count real usage, not worst-case. Look at how many documents you actually need curated and live, not every PDF you've ever produced. Quality beats volume.

  • Plan around seats. Professional covers 5 users. If you have 8 teammates who want access, you'll need a bigger plan — talk to support.
